On 2 December 2025, Bruna Szego, Chair of the Anti-Money Laundering Authority (AMLA), appeared before the ECON and LIBE committees of the European Parliament in Brussels. During this joint hearing, she presented the state of affairs at the AMLA, outlined its strategic priorities and answered questions from MEPs on a range of AML/CFT topics.
