[De AMLA start een tweede openbare consultatie over het concept-RTS voor CDD](https://www.amla.europa.eu/policy/public-consultations/consultation-draft-rts-customer-due-diligence_en?utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-93TufApg_VC0SoQ2HBUGLQVV6G_UssBDZ1RHHGpccwPgc164_aMQTJAUADXIlPqMssO-mX), wat ongebruikelijk is. De eerste consultatieronde werd in 2025 gehouden.
