The Netherlands has made progress in remedying technical shortcomings. As a result, recommendation 15 ‘new technologies’ has been raised from partially compliant in 2022 to largely compliant in 2025.
There is now only one recommendation left that needs to be improved: recommendation 13 “correspondent banking” remains partially compliant for the time being. The other recommendations remain largely compliant (29 recommendations) and compliant (10 recommendations).
