Naar aanleiding van een recente uitspraak van het Gerechtshof Amsterdam over interne fraude door een medewerker, heeft [het Bureau Financieel Toezicht (BFT) criteria opgesteld](https://www.bureauft.nl/nieuws/criteria-bft-betalingsorganisatie-notariskantoren/) voor een zorgvuldige betalingsorganisatie binnen notariskantoren. Met deze criteria kunnen notariskantoren de eigen betaalorganisatie beoordelen en inrichten.
