On 3 June 2026, AMLA launched a consultation round regarding the Guidelines on ongoing monitoring of business relationships. AMLA welcomes feedback from all sectors subject to AML rules. Deadline: 3 September 2026. A public hearing is also scheduled for 2 July. Further information on the consultation and public hearing is available via AMLA.
