Operating in several European markets, we are looking for a driven Product Owner who loves building outstanding products and who communicates effortlessly across diverse teams.

Location

Our headquarters are in Haarlem (NL), and you will collaborate frequently with the country managers located across Europe.

Role overview

As Product Owner you will be the linchpin between Development, Customer Success, Compliance-as-a-Service (CaaS), the founders and our clients. Your proactive, strategic approach will safeguard product quality and continuous improvement while keeping everyone aligned on the product vision.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and refine the product roadmap, ensuring it supports business goals and market needs.
  • Prioritise features and manage the backlog to deliver value early and often.
  • Facilitate clear, timely communication among Development, Customer Success, Compliance, founders, European country managers and clients.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable user stories and improvements.
  • Champion a customer-centric mindset and promote best-in-class user experience, quality and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner.
  • Hands-on background in a start-up or scale-up and a solid grasp of the dynamics that come with rapid growth.
  • Track record of managing roadmaps, setting priorities and aligning multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive and passionate about delivering impactful products.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Bonus points

  • Knowledge of AML or broader regulatory-compliance domains.
  • Proficiency in Dutch or another European language.
