Compliance Maturity Check

The Compliance Maturity Check gives you clear insight in less than 15 minutes into the extent to which your organisation complies with the AMLD and where improvements can be made.
Why the Compliance Maturity Check?
The AMLD requires more than just compliance with the basic obligations. Regulators expect compliance to be structural, up to date and demonstrably guaranteed.

How does the check work
When completing the check, you will answer 17 questions divided into 8 categories, including governance, risk assessment, customer due diligence, PEP and sanctions screening, file management, reporting, awareness and testing.After completing the test, your score will be calculated. A maximum of 68 points can be achieved. Based on your score, you will receive your maturity level. The following guidelines are used:
- Total score of 17 to 29: Level 1 - Below standard
- Total score of 31 to 41: Level 2 - Basic
- Total score of 42 to 54: Level 3 - Integrated
- Total score of 55 to 68: Level 4 - Advanced
