AMLA published a new reporting package for provisionally eligible obliged entities. The package provides national supervisors with guidance to identify entities that may fall under direct AMLA supervision from 2027. The package also contains a standardised reporting template to assist the national supervisors and obliged entities in meeting the requirements. The national supervisors will collect data until 15 August 2026.
A public webinar on 10 June 2026 will offer practical guidance on the reporting requirements.
